The old oil mill's high ceilings and large windows were kept exactly as they were. That's where Little Atlantique Brewery brews and serves: light blondes, properly bitter IPAs, stouts in season. We'd been debating an IPA for twenty minutes without knowing each other. I said out loud that the new IPA was a bit too floral for my taste. The girl next to me completely disagreed. We asked the barman to settle it. He sided with her. I ordered another beer to prove my point. We stayed until closing.
